Give me the short version:
In early 2023 a competitor brand to Nola Mayonnaise announced it would be discontinuing its production and availability in SA. When heartbroken lovers of “that” mayo took to social media to express their grief we slid into their DMs and hearts on Valentine’s Day with a small tactical campaign.
A little tactical campaign.
After identifying the trend, we quickly turned around this little tactical campaign. It consisted of: identifying the heartbroken users on social, DM’ing them for their details, and then shipping them a Valentine’s Day drop from Nola Mayonnaise. We got some really lovely content in response. Simple.
